Terms & Conditions

Effective 14 October 2026 · KronixOS is operated by Kronix Technologies.

These terms govern use of KronixOS — the business-management platform covering CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, Documents, WhatsApp and Settings, operated by Kronix Technologies (“Kronix”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using KronixOS, a business and the people it authorises to use the account (“you”) agree to these terms.

1. Who can use KronixOS

You must be authorised to act for the business creating the account, at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Information given at signup — business name, GSTIN, contact details — must be accurate; KronixOS relies on it to issue GST-compliant documents on the business’s behalf.

2. The service

KronixOS is one login covering ten apps for running a business day to day. Features may be added, changed or retired over time as the product develops — what’s live at any point is what’s described on the product itself, not frozen by this page.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping account credentials safe and for activity carried out under your account. A business controls who on its team has access to which app, and at what level (read or write), through its own Settings — Kronix does not decide who inside a business can see what.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, through Razorpay; applicable taxes are charged in addition to the listed price. A subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal — cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period, except where required by law. We may change pricing going forward; a price change won’t apply to a period you’ve already paid for.

Access to a paid plan’s features may be suspended if payment fails and isn’t resolved within a reasonable period after we notify the account admin.

5. Your data and content

Whatever a business enters into KronixOS — its customers, records, documents, WhatsApp conversations — remains the business’s own. We’re given only the rights needed to host, process and display it back in order to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for purposes outside operating the service for that business.

6. Using the WhatsApp Business Platform features

A business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number (via Meta’s Cloud API) to use the WhatsApp app. In doing so, you agree to:

  • comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and any other policy Meta applies to the WhatsApp Business Platform
  • message only people who have given proper consent to be contacted on that number, and honour every opt-out
  • take responsibility for the content of every template, campaign and automated message the business creates and sends

A business may connect more than one number, and decides which of its own team can see each one. A business that connects the number it already uses in the WhatsApp Business app keeps using that app; it agrees that, while the number is shared, messages it sends from the phone app, and any past chats and contact names it chooses to share in Meta’s sign-up screen, are shown in KronixOS. It must open the WhatsApp Business app at least every 14 days, or Meta may disconnect the number from KronixOS. Contacts saved in the phone app are never treated as having agreed to be messaged.

Meta, not Kronix, decides a connected number’s quality rating, messaging limits, and whether it stays connected — those decisions follow from how the number is used to message people. Kronix is not responsible for a restriction, quality drop or ban Meta applies to a business’s own number because of that business’s own sending conduct. To protect the platform for every business using it, we may pause a business’s WhatsApp features if its use of them puts the shared platform’s standing, or another business’s, at risk.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant’s answers are generated and can be wrong — verify anything it tells you before relying on it for a business decision. It proposes actions but does not write to a customer record, create a sales order, or send a customer-facing message on its own; a person in the business has to review and confirm before anything is saved or sent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use KronixOS for anything illegal, or to send content that’s abusive, deceptive or spam
  • attempt to access another business’s account or data, or bypass the permissions a business has set for its own team
  • reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to a third party as if it were your own
  • use the WhatsApp features in a way that breaches Meta’s own policies (Section 6)

9. Third-party services

KronixOS relies on third-party services to work — Razorpay for payments, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, OpenAI, Sarvam AI and Google (Gemini) for the AI assistant, Supabase for authentication and storage, and IndiaMART where a business connects it for lead import. Each is governed by its own terms, and Kronix isn’t responsible for an outage or policy change on their side.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks the platform or other businesses using it. A business may cancel its own account at any time from Settings. After termination, we retain data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and a business can request an export of its own data before deletion.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep KronixOS available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KronixOS is provided without warranties beyond those stated here, and Kronix isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kronix against claims arising from your own misuse of the service, including a breach of Section 6 or 8 above.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the effective date above and tell account admins directly. Continuing to use KronixOS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
